How to use this Flock camera map
Search a city or ZIP code to move to an area, or pan and zoom manually. National and low-zoom views do not download individual camera points; zoom in until bounded public records appear. Select a marker or text-list row to see the manufacturer label, classification evidence, public source date, direction when documented, and a link to the original OpenStreetMap object.
Use Share map view only when you want to copy the current area. That action writes a city slug or a rounded viewport center to the URL fragment. Moving the map does not automatically publish your position or search history. For a radius-based result, return to Find Flock cameras near you.
Coverage, labels, and boundaries
This is a map of public documentation, not a complete or real-time inventory. A point is labeled Flock only when approved OpenStreetMap evidence supports that manufacturer. Other ALPR and Manufacturer Unknown are separate data values, not weaker ways of saying Flock. Direction dashes are approximate orientation cues, not monitored fields of view.
Browse reviewed state and city locations, read the data and boundary methodology, or use the identification guide before drawing a conclusion from roadside appearance.
Flock camera map questions
Why are no points visible on the national view?
Low zoom deliberately returns no individual points. Zoom in to a bounded area so the product does not expose a national bulk feed.
Does every marker represent Flock Safety?
No. Use the legend and detail evidence. The map includes Flock, other ALPR manufacturers, and records whose manufacturer is unknown.
Why can a city map count differ from a nearby search?
City headline counts use the official Census Place boundary. Nearby search uses a radius and may cross city limits.
Can I report a wrong or missing point?
Use Report an issue for an existing marker. For a missing physical object, follow the OpenStreetMap contribution guide.
What the map data means
Low zoom levels deliberately return no individual camera points. At closer zoom, each selectable record includes its public source and the evidence used for its manufacturer classification. Documented direction lines are approximate orientation cues, not fields of view or guaranteed monitored areas.
